Rami Jurdi
Rami is an experienced and highly regarded lawyer with broad expertise across a range of practice areas, particularly Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Business Law, and Property Law. He thrives on complex matters and is known for his strategic thinking and ability to deliver strong, successful outcomes for his clients.
As the Principal Solicitor of RJ Legal, Rami brings extensive experience gained from working as a senior solicitor at several well-established commercial law firms in Melbourne. He founded RJ Legal with a clear vision: to create a firm that is genuinely client-focused, grounded in integrity, and responsive to the individual needs of every client. Nada Jurdi

Nada holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), complemented by further qualifications in in Finance. Nada began her career with RJ Legal in 2014 as a conveyancing assistant and legal clerk and has since developed extensive experience across property and commercial law. Nada continues to broaden her expertise, with a growing interest in criminal law and insolvency. With over a decade of experience spanning both the legal and accounting sectors, she offers a well-rounded, commercially minded approach, drawing on her financial knowledge to provide strategic and effective advice to her clients. Known for her approachable nature and strong communication skills, Nada is committed to ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every stage of their matter. Merryn is a conscientious and enthusiastic lawyer with a genuine passion for the law and delivering practical, client-focused outcomes.
She began her journey with RJ Legal as a work experience student while completing her Bachelor of Laws, gaining early exposure to a broad range of legal matters. Following her studies, Merryn completed her Practical Legal Training and was admitted to legal practice in 2024. Merryn has experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including business and commercial law, property law, leasing, and wills and estates. She has a particular interest in commercial law and criminal law, and is committed to continuing to grow her knowledge and expertise in these areas. Merryn is highly organised, with an excellent work ethic and a genuine care for her clients and their matters.
